C-23 Drilling Wells (2022-10-04)

A person who holds a classification C-23 license may install and repair water wells, pressure tanks, storage tanks and pumps by boring, drilling, excavating, casing, cementing, dewatering and cleaning to provide a supply of uncontaminated water.
